Painting Mental Health Workshop at USC Upstate on September 2nd and September 3rd!

Take a moment to pause, tap into your creativity, and discover practical ways to nurture your mental health. Join us on campus for an interactive Painting Mental Health Workshop centered on self-care, connection, and creative expression.

Whether you are a student, alumnus, faculty or staff member, or community supporter eager to explore our mission, we invite you to join us for an inspiring session designed to uplift and support you.

Schedule Flexibility

  • Can’t stay for the full session? We will be setting up early each day! If your class or work schedule doesn't fit the main session time, please stop by early to grab your kit, chat with us, and connect.

What to Expect

  • Your Wellbeing Gift Bag: Every participant will receive an organic canvas Butterfly Mascot Tote filled with supportive mental health resources, a 16-color watercolor paint set, a mascot pin, and additional tools to continue your wellness journey at home.

  • Strategies for Balance: Learn practical, everyday strategies to reduce stress, cultivate mindfulness, and build emotional resilience in a warm, welcoming setting.

  • Spartan Connection: Experience the power of community as we paint, share, and enjoy meaningful camaraderie together.

Student Highlights

  • Refreshments: Enjoy complimentary food and drinks while you're there.

  • Raffle Drawings: All student participants will be entered to win gift cards.
